HALO 3 FFA - MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13
In memory of Halo 3, we are throwing a tournament to kickoff the release of Halo Reach. TIme: 6pm - 10pm. Price: $15 at the door, $10 for those that pre-register. The winner will receive a Copy of Halo Reach. FFA (Free For All) will be played with 16 players at a time, with two matches of 8 players each occuring at the same time. Rules: Single elimination, default settings, 15 minutes, first to 25. Random Default Maps: The Pit, Construct, Narrows, Heretic, Snowbound and Guardian. The only variation of the rules will be Assault Rifle primary, Battle Rifle secondary. Host will be selected at random. Matches will all be system-link. Instead of a 2v2 competition, we will give ALL our competitors one more chance to win: EVERY player that enters the tournament will also be entered into a random drawing for a copy of Halo Reach! Additional entries for the drawing can be purchased for $1 each. However, the person that wins the drawing will be removed from the tournament. No reason to risk giving the same person two copies. CALL OF DUTY MW2 FFA AND 4v4 - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2
To prepare for the launch of Call of Duty: Spec Ops, we will host a special Call of Duty Tournament. We will be starting at 9am and will hopefully end before Midnight. Price: $10 FFA Pass and $100 4v4 Pass. 10% Discount will be given to those who sign up early. Call David at the LAN Center to sign up via paypal. Cash Prizes will be determined by attendance. Games will be played via system-link, so no custom classes will be available. The FFA will be single elimination, default settings, top 4 will advance with more info coming soon...
