EVENTS AND SPECIALS

With 20 Xbox 360s, 6 PCs, 4 PS3s and 1 Wii, the Virtual Arena is the perfect place for LAN-Parties, Tournaments, All Nighters, and Birthday Parties!

LATE NIGHT GAMER PASS:

$10 for two hours PLUS pizza ANY night from 10pm – Midnight! That’s right, every night, late night gamers can play from 10 pm to Midnight AND get free pizza for only $10! We are currently selling only 30 Late Night Passes each night, so call ahead and sign up!

ALL NIGHTER PASS:

Every Friday night, we stay open until 8am – but ONLY for guests that buy an All Nighter Pass for only $20. Like the Late Night Gamer Pass, we are currently selling only 30 All Nighter Passes, so call ahead and sign up!

PRIVATE ALL NIGHT PARTIES:

Private all night parties are available! Saturday night is open for special All Nighters by request. We will take reservations for special Saturday Night All Night Parties with a MINIMUM of either TEN people or $200. Private All Night Parties are still the regular price of $20 a person.

Late Night Gamer Passes and All NIghter Passes are for gamers 12 years old and up, gamers under 17 years old will need a parent or guardian to sign a permission slip.

PARTIES:

There are now many options for parties of all kinds and sizes!  If you want to reserve a few Xboxes during the day, or you want an exclusive, private party, the Virtual Arena can meet your gaming party needs! Private Parties are still available from 10 am to 12 noon, before we open for regular business: 2 hours of private gaming and free pizza for only $10 per person. Because we will open 2 hours earlier for an exclusive party, reservations have to be made in advance and include a $50 reservation fee. Private parties will only be available to groups of at least 8 but no more than 30 people. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult, and all adults and children will be counted.

LAUNCH PARTIES and SHOWCASES:

We occasionally get to run special promotions when new games are released. These promotions can include things like playing a new game for one hour for free or competing in online tournaments for cash and other prizes! Check this page often for news about our next showcase!

The next Launch Party will be for HALO 4 starting at midnight, Monday, November 5th. Space will be limited, so reserve either a regular Xbox ($3 an hour) or a premium Xbox ($4 an hour) station now! Bring in your own copy of Halo 4 and get the first hour FREE!
